How missed-call text-back and booking texts work — who they come from, STOP, HELP, and consent.

En inglés y en español. Mientras tú trabajas, Yahora contesta.
Yahora Concierge sends customer-care SMS for Miami family shops that use Concierge or Pair. It is missed-call text-back and booking questions, in English and Spanish. It is not bulk SMS. It is not autodial. It is not a promo list.
Concierge never invents a price or an ETA. The owner stays in control. No promised bookings — coverage for the calls the shop can’t take.
Who they come from Messages come from that shop’s Yahora Concierge number — a number set up for that shop — not from a blast list. The first approach is a call on the shop’s public number. If that call is missed, Concierge texts back and can continue with booking questions.
Frequency Message frequency varies. Typically the missed-call reply plus the back-and-forth for hours, services, and booking.
Cost Message and data rates may apply.
STOP Reply STOP to cancel. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT also work.
HELP Reply HELP or INFO for help. You can also email ggomespj@gmail.com.
By calling the shop’s public number, you may receive a text about that missed call and the booking questions that follow. If you text the Concierge number, you are asking to continue that conversation.
This is conversational customer care, not marketing. We don’t buy lists. We don’t text people who didn’t contact the shop. You can stop anytime with STOP.
Shop owners use Yahora to cover calls. Consent is for that shop’s texts; it is not passed to another business or to lead generators.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We don’t sell mobile numbers. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How we handle that information is in the privacy policy.
The keywords STOP and HELP are written in English — that is what carriers require — even if the conversation is in Spanish.
Miami already calls in both. Concierge answers in English and Spanish. This page does too.
