Who we are

Yahora is a product for Miami family shops. While you work, Yahora answers. This page covers getyahora.pages.dev, email to Gui, and Yahora Concierge — missed-call text-back and booking questions, in English and Spanish.

What carriers need to see

Mobile numbers We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We don’t sell mobile numbers. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Frequency Message frequency varies. Concierge is a conversation — the missed-call text and the booking questions that follow — not a blast calendar.

What we collect

On the site: pages you visit and basic logs (IP, browser) from Cloudflare hosting.
By email: whatever you send to ggomespj@gmail.com.
On Concierge: the shop’s public number, hours and services the owner shares, missed-call events, the SMS thread needed for booking questions, and the caller’s number so we can text back.

We don’t buy lists. We don’t autodial. The first approach is a call on the shop’s public number.

How we use it

To run the site and Concierge.
To text back after a missed call, in English or Spanish.
To take booking questions while the owner stays on the job.
We never invent a price or an ETA. Owner in control.
To honor STOP and HELP, and to deliver messages.

We don’t use Concierge for bulk SMS, promotional marketing, or selling lists.

SMS and mobile information

If you call a shop that uses Yahora Concierge and the call is missed, you may get a text from that shop — from its Yahora number — about that call and the booking questions that follow. If you text that number, you are asking to continue the conversation.

That is customer care, not a promo program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare hosts the site. Twilio delivers Concierge SMS and calls. They are processors operating the product — message delivery, not selling your number. They are not marketing partners, and we do not give them consent data for promotions.

The shop owner sees what they need to serve you (the thread, the number, the booking questions). Yahora does not pass that consent to another business or to lead generators.

How long we keep it

We keep shop setup and conversation threads only as long as needed to run Concierge for that shop and to honor STOP. If you ask us to delete, we do so where we can.

Your choices

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to leave Concierge texts from that number.
Reply HELP or INFO for a short help reply, or email ggomespj@gmail.com.
Shop owners can ask us to turn off or delete their shop’s setup.

Children

Yahora is not directed at children under 13. We don’t try to collect their information on purpose.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page. The date is at the top.
